- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Update customer records and logs in the database as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote/hybrid options.
