Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the daytime shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuous service delivery.
- Update customer records in the database accurately and in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
