- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat during evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies using our proprietary software
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Meet daily performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with overnight support team for seamless service transitions
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Available to work 3-4 evenings per week (minimum 12 hours)
- Proficient with basic computer applications and internet navigation
- Reliable transportation to London city centre location
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
