Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and patience
- Resolve technical issues and product questions using our knowledge base and ticketing system
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data privacy standards
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless customer experience handovers
- Meet daily performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with supervisors
- Participate in monthly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
