Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all evening clientele.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
