- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update customer account information and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and improve customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle high call volumes.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
