Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product selection in a friendly, professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor throughout the evening shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
