Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Maintain a high standard of professional appearance and workspace organization.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
- Basic computer proficiency and fast typing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
