Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products/services
- Process transactions, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity and handover procedures
- Support operational tasks including inventory checks, facility prep, and closing procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions to management
- Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
