Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet daily performance metrics for resolution times and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- Available to work 4-5 evenings per week (minimum 20 hours)
