Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, professional support to customers via chat, email, and phone during evening peak hours.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high satisfaction score.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to strict attendance and punctuality schedules for the evening shift.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
