- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Follow company policies and procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space (if remote).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
