Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable individual to represent our brand during the evening hours. As the face of our company, you will ensure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a professional, welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and directing inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficient resolution strategies.
- Perform routine facility maintenance and cleanliness checks to ensure a safe environment.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily records.
- Collaborate with management to improve guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
