Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to guests with dining reservations, local attractions, and transportation
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for evening arrivals
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Prepare nightly reports and update guest preference databases
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments

- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
