Responsibilities
- Prepare artisanal coffee beverages with precision and speed during evening peak hours
- Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable service about our single-origin beans
- Maintain sparkling cleanliness of espresso machines and service areas
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth evening operations
- Participate in regular coffee tasting and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista experience preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Availability to work 3-5 evening shifts weekly (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
