Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Operate espresso machines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless evening operations
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) weekends required
- Strong multitasking skills in high-volume settings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be available for immediate start
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods a plus
