Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages with precision and creativity
- Engage warmly with diverse customers during peak evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Maintain immaculate workspace and equipment sanitation standards
- Process cash/credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team during busy rushes while maintaining composure
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking operations
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
- Reliable transportation to Sunset Boulevard location
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
