Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced evening environment
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Basic cash handling experience
- Knowledge of specialty coffee techniques a plus
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service (if applicable)
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods
