Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional greetings to guests upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure all items are presented to standards.
- Clean and reset tables efficiently to maintain high sanitation standards throughout the service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server, waitstaff, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros, Square) is a plus.
