Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, beverage refills, and meal delivery
- Master menu knowledge and ingredient details to answer guest inquiries accurately
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service timing
- Uphold sanitation standards and maintain clean dining stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through clear communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant server or food service experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (20-30 hours/week)
- Knowledge of wine pairings and craft beer preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Food Handler Card and TIPS certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
