Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining impeccable table standards
- Expertly navigate our extensive wine and craft cocktail menu with suggestive selling techniques
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Uphold strict health and safety protocols in all service operations
- Contribute to a positive team culture through communication and mutual support
- Assist in opening/closing duties including restocking and station maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- Valid California Food Handler Card and responsible alcohol service certification
