- Set up and manage event equipment including staging, lighting, and AV systems
- Provide exceptional guest services and crowd control at high-profile venues
- Execute detailed event plans with precision and adaptability
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain equipment inventory
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Represent brand standards through professional conduct and appearance
- Document post-event equipment status and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
