Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled in college is a plus.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
