Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at check-in stations, information booths, and venue entrances
- Manage crowd flow and enforce safety protocols during high-traffic events
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides to attendees
- Operate basic event equipment including signage, barriers, and audiovisual aids
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shift duration
- Document attendee feedback and operational issues for post-event reviews
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts in outdoor/indoor environments
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
