Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot basic technical problems with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and retention teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to new and existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date on product features and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work a set schedule, including some evenings or weekends.
