- Operate multi-line telephone systems to route calls, take messages, and provide basic information.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM database.
- Resolve routine issues independently and escalate complex problems to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance targets and service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic customer-focused environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
