Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update internal databases and records.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to provide seamless service solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members as they grow within the organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
