Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage data entry, update customer records in the CRM system, and prepare daily reports.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the management team.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing product information and upselling services when appropriate.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or communications is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required (we provide full training).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly demeanor and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends or evenings as needed.
