Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and registration using provided tablets and systems
- Operate event-specific equipment (AV setups, lighting, interactive displays)
- Distribute branded materials and promotional items as per event brief
- Ensure proper handling and return of all company-provided gear
- Maintain professional appearance in provided branded attire
- Execute crowd control and flow management protocols
- Coordinate with venue staff using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- Previous event/conference staffing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong customer service orientation with polished communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation to event locations across metro Atlanta
