Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures with professionalism
- Direct attendees to venues, seating, and amenities with clear communication
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of crowd control principles preferred

- Previous event or customer service experience a plus
