Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and credential verification at premium events
- Manage venue flow, crowd control, and emergency protocols with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIPs, sponsors, and attendees
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event production teams
- Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications
- Operate registration systems and mobile payment platforms
- Report operational issues and maintain detailed shift documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures and crowd management
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
