Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store transitions
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and merchandising standards
- Support seasonal inventory and promotional displays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore location
- Willingness to complete paid training program (2 weeks)
