Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise in all store departments before opening
- Operate pallet jacks and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
