Responsibilities
- Unload incoming merchandise from trucks and verify delivery accuracy.
- Stock shelves, display cases, and storage areas according to established company standards.
- Rotate inventory to ensure older stock is sold first (FIFO method).
- Keep the sales floor and backroom organized, clean, and safe.
- Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and entering data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
