Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely unload delivery trucks and transfer merchandise to the sales floor.
- Inventory Management: Organize stockrooms and shelves to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Product Presentation: Face, stock, and rotate products to ensure a clean and appealing appearance.
- Shelf Labeling: Ensure price tags and signage are accurate and up-to-date.
- Floor Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and safe for customers and staff.
- Assist Customers: Help customers locate items and provide friendly service when needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and keen attention to product detail.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, handle cash (if applicable), and manage inventory counts.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with others and follow safety protocols.
