Responsibilities
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize the sales floor to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist in maintaining proper product rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required.
- Must be willing to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for handling cash or inventory counts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
