Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, organize product displays, and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-merchandised at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving deliveries, checking in stock, and rotating products to ensure freshness and availability.
- Stockroom Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom by properly stacking boxes and organizing inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required during early morning shifts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Customer Support: Provide basic assistance to customers by locating items and answering general inquiries about product availability.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Experience: No prior experience required; paid training is provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk throughout the store.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
