Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and perform initial quality checks for damages.
- Stock shelves and displays efficiently according to company visual merchandising standards.
- Rotate stock regularly to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance and product freshness.
- Organize backroom storage areas to maintain safety standards and optimize workflow.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong willingness to work early morning shifts (early bird mentality required).
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory and price verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to teamwork.
