Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by following standard operational procedures.
- Point of Sale: Efficiently operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock merchandise, and assist in inventory counts as directed by management.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising standards to promote sales and enhance the brand image.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Math: Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and register operations.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
