Responsibilities
- Unload, organize, and stock merchandise in the sales floor and stockroom
- Ensure accurate inventory placement and product rotation (FIFO method)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stockroom management
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Follow safety protocols for lifting and equipment operation
- Support store opening procedures by completing stocking tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
