Responsibilities
- Merchandise Organization: Restock shelves, displays, and coolers to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, unloading trucks, and performing cycle counts.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and ensuring proper signage.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly, helpful service to customers as they shop, answering basic inquiries.
- Shelf Labeling: Ensure price tags and signage are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Reliability: A consistent work history and ability to adhere to a schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail regarding product placement and store cleanliness.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate with team members and management.
