Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in product selection, offering expert advice on equipment and gear.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and inventory goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Eagerness to learn about outdoor products and technologies.
