Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization of merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
