Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention protocols
- Assist with floor recovery, cleanliness, and operational readiness during all shifts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
