Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Support store opening/closing procedures including security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail with visual merchandising standards
