Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise efficiently upon delivery.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure high product availability and visual appeal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to meet company standards.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Assist in inventory counts and prepare items for sale.
- Ensure product presentation meets strict retail visual standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouse).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills for scanning and pricing.
