Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly smile and offer assistance immediately.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product shortages to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal displays.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
