Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Merchandising & Stocking: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked. Ensure product displays are visually appealing and adhere to company standards.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling returns, exchanges, and payments with care.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory records to minimize shrinkage.
- Store Maintenance: Monitor the appearance of the store, including restocking restrooms and common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
