Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stocking and rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and productivity

- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met during stocking process
- Conduct preliminary quality checks on incoming merchandise

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 6+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
