Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in premium retail environment before store opening
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all storage areas
- Execute markdowns and promotional displays with precision
- Utilize pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math proficiency and inventory reconciliation experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
